May 3, 2010: Ella on the Human Body

Ella: Mama, how many bones are there in the human body? If I had to guess I'd say 150-160. What do you think?

Me: Let me google that for you.

206. Now you know.

  1. That is actually one of the few things I remember learning in second grade. Plus I remember learning that year that there are about 650 muscles and that it takes more muscles to frown than smile. That was also the year my teacher told me that the sun does NOT have a smiley face so it was wrong to draw it that way. Hmmmph.
